- Once our team email you with the return shipping label from your preferred choice of courier, safely pack the item in its original packaging and follow the instructions provided in the email to send back the item. We always use a tracked service to prevent any parcel loss.
- Upon receiving your return a member of our team will email to confirm the receipt of your return and inspect your return order, we strive to process your return within 5 working days. You will receive an email confirming the initiation of the refund. Please be aware that it may take 3-5 business days for your bank to credit the refunded amount.
